James Keithley -Project Manager- came to my home for an inspection and estimate for new roof, gutters, guards and downspouts for my house and garage. James was very patient with me explaining the damage he observed, the process for filing an insurance claim & and answered all my questions. James made sure to be at my home when the insurance adjuster was there to advocate for me if necessary. James made the process SO easy for me; I felt a lot better & had such peace of mind knowing James was there to help me (have my back) as much as possible, in the event the insurance adjuster didn’t want to help. On install day the roofing crew arrived on time & immediately got to work laying out tarps etc. The crew took breaks at alternating times so there were always some of them working at all times. It was amazing how quickly & professionally the entire job was completed. The crew was very polite, considerate & respectful towards me, my property & my pup when she had to go outside. Several times throughout the day James came by to check on the progress & address any concerns or questions from his crew. Their clean up was fantastic! In the days following the installation I only found 3-4 roofing nails! I had the same experience when my gutters, guards & downspouts were replaced. The crew arrived on time, laid out the tarps, and got to work removing the existing items. Clean up was again swift & efficient. Upon completion Chris, the project manager, spoke with me as we checked out the new stuff- which looks fabulous! Chris explained all the warranty info & we discussed the new additions to my home & garage. My entire experience with Conner Roofing was a pleasure, and a very pleasant, professional, delightful, positive experience! James kept in touch after the initial estimate, and throughout the entire process. I am extremely pleased and impressed with how efficiently, proficiently, smoothly and swiftly their crews work together, as a team, to get the job done! I highly recommend Conner Roofing for your roof, gutter/guard, and downspout needs. They are exceptional! I doubt you will find anyone even remotely comparable to them for quality, service, price and commitment.

Rob, James and their crew did an incredible job and made the entire process a breeze. We claimed our roof from wind damage and James handled almost all the logistics and completed the entire project in almost less than a week! The quality and timliness of their work was highly impressive. I would recommend Conner to anyone.

Conner Roofing was top-notch from the very first call! They were always quick to respond, and Chris who was our sales and project manager was outstanding. He was very patient with all of our questions (we had a ton!) and put us at ease right away with his extensive knowledge. They were a huge help working with our insurance company on our claim as well. I had several companies out to give us a bid and inspect the roof, and Conner was the clear standout choice. Best of all, we have a beautiful new roof and gutters that are show-stoppers in the neighborhood! Highly recommend!!

After comparing multiple quotes for a roof replacement we decided to go with Conner for their extremely fair pricing, prompt detailed communication, and overall thoroughness of their quote. James went out of his way to check with my picky municipality to make sure we didn’t need a city permit to complete work, and got a crew out to us quickly after that. The crew worked efficiently and finished our house in a day. All in all, working with Conner was easy and I feel more empowered/educated as a homeowner after doing so.
